These terms govern your use of reConnect (“the app”), operated by Marc Atwood, a sole proprietorship. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to marc.atwood@gmail.com.
reConnect is a private app built for one specific couple. It is not open for general registration and is not offered as a public product. Access is limited to the two partners it was set up for, authenticated by device and a personal passcode.
reConnect is intended for adult use only. By using the app, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
The app is provided solely for personal use between the two partners it was set up for. You agree not to use it for any other purpose, or to attempt to access data belonging to anyone other than yourself and your partner.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive account-related text messages from reConnect via our messaging provider, Twilio (new matches, new messages, Encounter updates, and occasional inactivity reminders). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time, with or without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new “last updated” date.
